[DISCLOSURE] Dongwon Industries (003580) announced on July 4 that it has signed a contract to transfer stocks and management control owned by its largest stakeholder Star Gamma Investment Association and those in special relationships to Grand Prix Association No. 1 at 118.6 billion won (US$106.55 million).
