JB Financial to exchange stake with subsidiary Kwangju Bank
[DISCLOSURE] JB Financial Group (175330) announced on July 13 that it has decided to exchange shares with its subsidiary Kwangju Bank (192530) at 1:1.8814503 ratio “to incorporate the bank as a wholly-owned subsidiary and promote management efficiency and to create synergy.”
The due date for transaction is Oct. 9 and the listing date is Oct. 26.
