Kakao’s Friends Games to increase capital by W11b
[DISCLOSURE] Friends Games, an affiliate of Kakao (035720), announced on Aug. 20 that it has decided issue 740,000 shares worth 11 billion won (US$9.84 million) and offer to Mirae Asset Daewoo, Korea Investment and Securities and KB Investment and Securities to finance operations.
