Hanjin Heavy to hand over W115.2b stocks, bonds to affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction (097230) announced on Aug. 21 that it has transferred stocks of subsidiaries Byeollae Energy and Daeryun Power as well as bonds to an affiliate Daeryun E&S at 115.2 billion won (US$103.02 million) “to secure financial liquidity to normalize management by selling assets.”
