Doosan Heavy sells entire Doosan Bobcat stake at W368b
[DISCLOSURE] Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction (034020) announced on Aug. 29 that it has decided to sell its entire 10,579,080 shares (10.55 percent stake) in Doosan Bobcat (241560) at 368.1 billion won (US$331.32 million) “to improve financial structure.”
