Samsung C&T to sell HQ building at W748.4b
[DISCLOSURE] Samsung C&T (028260) announced on Aug. 30 that it has decided to sell one of the group headquarter buildings in southern Seoul to Kocrep REITs No. 43 at 748.4 billion won (US$672.11 million) “to improve financial structure.”
This amounts to 1.53 percent of its equity capital.
