Lotte Holdings acquires W348.6b stake in Lotte Confectionery
[DISCLOSURE] Lotte Holdings (004990) announced on Sept. 7 that it has decided to acquire 2,207,615 shares of affiliate Lotte Confectionery (280360) at 348.59 billion won (US$309.28 million).
It will invest stakes in overseas confectionery affiliates: 3,327,987 shares of Rakhat, 56.10 million shares in Lotte Confectionery Holdings and 75,190,647 shares of Kolson, worth 212.9 billion won, 107.9 billion won and 41.5 billion won respectively.
It will own 48.42 percent stake (3,106,984 shares) after the acquisition.
