[DISCLOSURE] Hanwha Chemical (009830) announced on Sept. 11 that its subsidiary Hanwha Advanced Materials has decided to issue 6 million shares and offer to shareholders for 502.8 billion won (US$446.77 million) capital raise to finance 439.5 billion won cash-out merger and 63.3 billion won capital spending.
