Hanwha Q Cells to be absorbed by Hanwha Advanced Materials
[DISCLOSURE] Hanwha Q Cells Korea announced on Sept. 11 that it will be merged by Hanwha Advanced Materials at 0.5796339:1 ratio “to expand business areas through merger and to promote corporate value by maximizing synergies among related businesses.”
