JW Pharma to acquire W10b treasury stock
[DISCLOSURE] JW Pharmaceutical (001060) announced on Sept. 12 that it has decided to acquire 221,240 shares of its own at 10 billion won (US$8.86 million) to promote shareholder value by stabilizing stock price.
The acquisition period is from Sept. 13 to Dec. 12.
