Hanon Systems acquires Magna’s FP&C biz at US$1.2b
[DISCLOSURE] Hanon Systems (018880) announced on Sept. 20 that it has decided to take over fluid pressure and controls sector of Canada’s Magna International at US$1.23 billion to expand businesses and to create synergy with existing business.
The due date for the takeover is March 4, 2019.
