[THE INVESTOR] Doosan Bobcat will continue robust growth in the third quarter, said Samsung Securities on Sept. 21, raising the target price to 45,400 won (US$40.62) from 42,000 won.

Considering the strong demand within the US and the insufficient inventory of dealers, the firm could grow at approximately 20 percent on-year in the third quarter. Its revenue over the past five years has grown at an average of 2.1 percent but in the first half this year the revenue hiked 21.7 percent from the same period last year. The upswing will continue in the latter half, said analyst Han Yeong-su.

Profits are improving despite commodities price rise, and being the only American equipment company listed here makes it unique, he noted adding that stake sale by Doosan Heavy Industries has eased concerns.
