HLB invests W17.5b to increases stake in life science affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] HLB (028300) announced on Oct. 15 that it has decided to acquire 1,065,482 shares of its affiliate HLB Life Science (067630) at 17.5 billion won (US$15.45 million) “to maximize corporate value.”
It will own 3,746,750 shares (10.32 percent stake).
