Haengnam invests W25.8b in movie makers
[DISCLOSURE] Haengnam (008800) announced on Nov. 23 that it has decided to acquire 1,200 shares of movie production company Sanai Pictures at 13.8 billion won (US$12.22 million) “to diversify profits structure through investment in new business.” It will own 60 percent stake after acquisition.
It will also take over 1,200 shares of another movie maker Wolgwang at 12.0 billion won. It will own 60 percent stake after acquisition.
