Hancom acquires W35b stake in affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] Hancom (030520) announced on Nov. 26 that it has decided to acquire 1,228,285 shares of its subsidiary Hancom MDS (086960) at 35.0 billion won (US$31.01 million) “following a financial investor’s exercise of put option.”
It will own 32.45 percent stake (2,864,477 shares) after the acquisition.
