LINE Financial to raise capital by W139.2b
[DISCLOSURE] Naver (035420) announced on Nov. 27 that its subsidiary LINE Financial has decided to issue 1.4 million shares and offer to shareholders for a 139.29 billion won (US$123.52 million) capital raise to finance operations and acquisition of other entity’s securities.
