Samyang increases stake in JB Financial by W40.6b
[DISCLOSURE] Samyang (145990) announced on Dec. 4 that it has decided to acquire 6,878,153 shares of JB Financial Group (175330) at 40.58 billion won (US$36.49 million).
It will own 10.11 percent stake and the due date for transaction is Dec. 14.
