Hyundai Department Store invests W100b to wholly own rental subsidiary
[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Department Store (069960) announced on Feb. 12 that it has decided to participate in its subsidiary Hyundai Rental Care’s capital raise and acquire 2 million newly issued shares at 100 billion won (US$89.03 million) “to finance further capital for stable rental and care businesses.”
It will own 100 percent stake after the acquisition.
