Samsung Electronics on March 26 unveiled another midrange smartphone, the Galaxy A70, with a large screen and expanded battery capacity, in a move to tap deeper into the low-end and midrange smartphone market.
The new device comes with a 6.7-inch screen with a 32-megapixel selfie camera and another sensor on the back with the same feature.
It also features two more cameras on the back. The battery capacity stands at 4,500 mAh.
Samsung said the price tag for the smartphone will be decided later, with the target markets to be released later as well.
The Galaxy A70 is the sixth model of Samsung’s Galaxy A series unveiled during the first quarter of the year.
Samsung plans to showcase the high-end version of the Galaxy A series, the Galaxy A90, next month.
