[THE INVESTOR] It’s Hanbul shares will hit the bottom in the second quarter and then begin to rebound, said Leading Investment and Securities on May 29, suggesting a “buy” recommendation and 57,000 won (US$50.80) target price.

Slow sales in China in the first half will drag down the revenue for the whole year but will improve from the second quarter, as its manufacturing facilities in Hunan, China, starts full operations from June and the joint venture with Zhejiang Semir Garment will begin to show reults, said analyst Seo Hyeong-seok.

The loyal customer base for its snail range continues to generate cash while its product range is diversifying with derma cosmetics showing strength, said the analyst adding that the company will gain from the merger of It’s Skin with parent company Hanbul Cosmetics.
