Seoul grants approval for 33-story hotel near Lotte Jamsil
[THE INVESTOR] Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on Nov. 10 that it has passed revised plans to build a tourism and accommodation facility in Jamsil area.
This will alleviate the floor area ratio and allow construction of a hotel, 33 stories above ground and five stories underground, with 554 rooms at a property owned by KT.
The designated site currently used by Songpa telephone office is a general commercial area near Jamsil Subway Station, Lotte World Tower, Seokchon Lake and Songpa borough office.
