GS E&C’s affiliate files for bankruptcy
[DISCLOSURE] GS Engineering and Construction (006360) announced on Jan. 11 that its subsidiary Uijeongbu Light Rail has filed for bankruptcy at the Seoul Central District Court.
Its guarantee amount for Uijeongbu Light Rail is 207 billion won (US$174.93 million) based on principal of due project financing.
