Shinyang Auracom to increase capital by W18.4b
[DISCLOSURE] Shinyang Auracom (086830) announced on Jan. 18 that it has decided to increase its capital by 18.40 billion won (US$15.81 million) with third-party allocation in order to raise funds to purchase other corporation’s securities.
The listing date is on Feb. 16.
