AK Holdings strengthens its control over Jeju Air
[DISCLOSURE] AK Holdings (006840) reported on Jan. 18 that it has acquired 187,969 shares of its subsidiary Jeju Air (089590) at 5 billion won (US$4.30 million).
This amounts to 0.55 percent of its equity capital and its stake increases to 57.07 percent.
