HMM acquires Hanjin Shipping’s assets worth US$15.6m
[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Merchant Marine (011200) reported on Jan. 19 that it has decided to acquire 20 percent stakes each in Hanjin Shipping’s terminal Total Terminals International and equipment lease company HTEC, worth US$15.6 million combined, in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry on Jan. 17 regarding the issue.
