[DISCLOSURE] Maniker (027740) announced on March 23 that it has decided to merge with its subsidiary Sunghwa Food at 1:0 ratio.
Through the merger, the company is seeking to secure competitiveness based on the synergy effect such as administration cost cut and management efficiency improvement, it said.
