Hyundai Home Shopping acquires W40b stake in subsidiary
[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Home Shopping (057050) announced on March 23 that it has decided to acquire 800,000 shares of its subsidiary Hyundai Rental Care to finance additional funds for stabilized rental care business operation.
The stake is worth 40 billion won (US$35.63 million) and is equivalent to 2.95 percent of its equity capital.
