Spigen Korea purchases W47.5b real estate
[DISCLOSURE] Spigen Korea (192440) announced on March 30 that it has decided to acquire land and a building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul from Olympus Korea at 47.5 billion won (US$42.51 million) “to stabilize mid- to long-term business and promote efficiency of asset management.”
This amounts to 22.06 percent of its equity capital.
