Cubes acquires Nokwon C&I
[DISCLOSURE] Cubes (065560) announced on June 1 that it has decided to acquire entire stake of Nokwon C&I, a printing material company, at 51 billion won (US$45.48 million) to enter new business and to diversify profitability.
This amounts to 304.51 percent of its equity capital.
