IE acquires NASDAQ-listed game company stake at US$15m
[DISCLOSURE] IE (023430) announced on June 15 that it has decided to acquire 12.50 million shares (18.45 percent stake) of THE 9, NASDAQ-listed and Shanghai-based game developer and publisher, at US$15 million.
