Dongwon Construction Industry absorbs Dongwon Housing
[DISCLOSURE] Dongwon Systems (014820) announced on June 20 that its subsidiary Dongwon Construction Industry has decided to merge with its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongwon Housing at 1:0 ratio to strengthen competitiveness and to promote management efficiency.
