Miwon Holdings to increase capital by W42.5b
[DISCLOSURE] Miwon Holdings (017590) announced on June 22 that it has decided on a 42.5 billion won (US$37.26 million) capital increase with third party allotment “to turn into a holding company system.”
It will issue 464,475 shares at 91,500 won per share and the listing date is July 7.
