Hyosung appoints Chairman Cho Hyun-joon as co-CEO
[DISCLOSURE] Hyosung (004800) announced on July 20 that its board of directors has appointed chairman and largest stakeholder Cho Hyun-joon as a co-CEO along with Kim Kyoo-young.
Cho's father and former chairman of the group Cho Suck-rai has resigned from the co-CEO post on July 14.
