Kumho chairman Park Sam-koo acquires 10,000 shares of Kumho Industrial
[DISCLOSURE] Kumho Industrial (002990) announced on Sept. 20 that Park Sam-koo, chairman of Kumho Asiana Group, has purchased 10,000 shares (0.03 percent stake) at 9,173 won (US$8.12) per share.
He is now the second largest stakeholder after Kumho Holdings which owns 45.17 percent stake.
