Woongjin Energy to raise capital by W30b
[DISCLOSURE] Woongjin Energy (103130) announced on Jan. 15 that it has decided on a 30.0 billion won (US$28.20 million) capital increase to finance equipment and operations.
It will issue 3,718,919 shares and offer to its largest stakeholder Woongjin (016880).
The listing date is Jan. 31.
