NEPES AMC to issue CB worth W30b
[DISCLOSURE] NEPES Advanced Materials Corp. (087730) announced on Feb. 27 that it will issue convertible bonds worth 30 billion won (US$28.03 million) to finance capital spending and acquisition of securities of other entity.
The conversion price is 18,450 won and the maturity date is April 10, 2023.
