Hansol Logistics acquires W19.6b stake in overseas entities
[DISCLOSURE] Hansol Logistics (009180) announced on April 3 that it has decided to take over stakes worth 19.56 billion won (US$18.53 million) in four overseas logistics operations owned by affiliate Hansol Holdings to raise management efficiency in logistics sector.
It will own 100 percent stakes in Hansol CSN Logistics branches in Shanghai and Tianjin as well as Hansol Logistics India and 51 percent stake in Hansol Gold Point in the US.
