LG Chem to invest US$146m in Chinese JV
[DISCLOSURE] LG Chem (051910) announced on April 11 that it has decided to invest US$146 million in a Chinese joint venture Leyou New Materials “to expand manufacturing capacity of battery materials and to strengthen competitiveness.”
LG Chem will own 51 percent stake in the new subsidiary and the investment period is from July 2018 to December 2020.
