DSME invests W102.7b in US affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] Daewoo Shipping and Marine Engineering (042660) announced on April 13 that it has decided on a debt-equity swap for its US affiliate DeWind, acquiring 96,328 shares at 102.7 billion won (US$95.93 million).
This amounts to 3.4 percent of its equity capital and DSME will own 100 percent stake of the wind power generation company.
