AJ Rent a Car invests W10b in Linkable
[DISCLOSURE] AJ Rent a Car (068400) announced on May 16 that it has decided to acquire 10,000 shares of Linkable at 10 billion won (US$9.28 million) “to expand new businesses including car sharing.”
This amounts to 4.06 percent of its equity capital and it will own 57.4 percent of the company.
