Cosmax BTI to guarantee subsidiary’s W85.3b debt
[DISCLOSURE] Cosmax BTI (044820) announced on June 15 that it has decided to underwrite 85.3 billion won (US$77.26 million) debt of its subsidiary Nutribiotech (222040).
This amounts to 6.28 percent of its equity capital and the guarantee period is until Dec. 29, 2021.
