Kumho Tire acquires W38.8b stake in Hong Kong affiliate
[DISCLOSURE] Kumho Tire (073240) announced on June 21 that it has decided to take over 35 million shares of its Hong Kong affiliate at 38.78 billion won (US$34.92 million) to acquire stake in the affiliate’s subsidiary Nanjing Kumho Tire.
Kumho Tire will own the entire stake after the acquisition.
