Dongwon Industries to raise W10b, issue W52b CB
[DISCLOSURE] Dongwon Industries (003580) announced on July 3 that it has decided to issue 2,224,694 shares and offer to Grand Prix Association No. 1, an entity in a special relationship with the largest stakeholder, to finance 10 billion won (US$8.91 million) operation fund.
It will also issue convertible bonds to finance 52 billion won operation funds, it said in a separate announcement.
