Ajin Industrial to establish Chinese JV
[DISCLOSURE] Ajin Industrial (013310) announced on July 4 that it has decided to acquire 50 percent stake in a joint venture with Dongfeng Industrial tentatively named Dongfeng Ajin (Jiangsu) Auto Parts at 3 billion won (US$2.69 million) “to jointly enter overseas market including the US as well as the market in China.”
