Kumho Electric sells W23.5b real estate
[DISCLOSURE] Kumho Electric (001210) announced on Aug. 21 that it has decided to sell its land and a building in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province to Kumho HT (214330) at 23.5 billion won (US$21 million) to improve financial structure.
This amounts to 5.73 percent of its equity capital and the due date for transaction is Aug. 30.
