SK Networks acquires W300b stake in AJ Rent a Car
[DISCLOSURE] SK Networks (001740) announced on Sept. 21 that it has taken over 42.24 percent stake (9,353,660 shares) in AJ Rent a Car (068400) at 300 billion won (US$268.70 million) “to strengthen competitiveness in future mobility business and to accelerate growth.”
This amounts to 12.77 percent of its equity capital and the due date for acquisition is Dec. 31.
