[THE INVESTOR] Chanel Korea announced on Oct. 4 that it has started its official online platform for cosmetics.

According to the local branch of the French luxury giant, special services including “The art of wrapping,” for customers who buy its product as a gift for others, are provided through its new website with some additional charges.

Furthermore, customers can receive their products without extra delivery charges if they purchase more than 30,000 won. It also has special delivery service that allows customers to choose the date or receive the products a day after they place their order with an additional charge of 3,500 won.

The company also added that some of the products will be sold on it new platform exclusively.

Chanel Korea hopes to appeal to young customers, especially those in their 20s and 30s.

In April, the company also opened a pop-up store Coco Game Center, which has game machines with the Chanel logo to familiarize young customers with the brand.
