SK Securities to raise capital by W110b
[DISCLOSURE] SK Securities (001510) announced on Oct. 12 that it has decided on a 110 billion won (US$97.06 million) capital raise to finance operations.
It will issue 116.11 million shares and offer to shareholders at 689 won per share and issue 36,363,000 shares and offer to its largest stakeholder J&W BIG at 825 won per share.
