CareLabs to issue CB, BW worth W45b
[DISCLOSURE] CareLabs (263700) announced on Oct. 19 that it has decided to issue bonds with warranties worth 30 billion won (US$26.39 million) and convertible bonds worth 15 billion won.
The coupon rates are 0 percent and maturity rates are 1 percent. The maturity date is Nov. 22, 2021.
