[THE INVESTOR] Samsung Electronics said on Oct. 23 it will host a developer conference for its artificial intelligence system Bixby in November, seeking to expand its ecosystem.

The Korean tech giant said it will hold the Samsung Bixby Developer Day on Nov. 20 in Seoul and invite developers and business partners to share their visions for the Bixby platform.

The world’s largest producer of smartphones said it will share its own outlook for the Bixby platform and introduce new features of the program.

Samsung’s major smartphones are equipped with Bixby. The company earlier announced that it will apply AI technology to all of its home appliances by 2020.
